Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy Registrations cancelled on or before February 23, 2010 are entitled to a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after February 23, 2010 are non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing and all refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
